Lambhill is a housing scheme on the northern outskirts of Glasgow. It is bordered by some of the most deprived area of the city, Maryhill, Possilpark and Ruchill and as a result, suffers from similar social problems. Housing in the area is mostly of the tenement variety built during the post war years by the Glasgow City Council, with some recently built terraced housing for the private market.
